Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with its refined 1:18 gear ratio. As an evolution of the industry-standard closed tuner design established in 1966, this model incorporates precision engineering to ensure exceptionally smooth, consistent, and stable tuning performance.
Every component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances, featuring brass string posts carefully fitted into the housing for maximum wear resistance and tuning stability. Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, the sealed housing guarantees maintenance-free operation and long-lasting durability.
Equipped with an innovative stepped flanged washer with a 0.39 in (10 mm) base diameter, the tuner centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped headstock bore. This design eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress from both the post and rear mounting screw, while maintaining original installation dimensions for direct replacement.
