Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and smooth tuning comfort with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. Setting the global benchmark for closed tuners since 1966, this modern iteration incorporates advanced refinements while maintaining identical mounting dimensions to its predecessor for effortless drop-in replacement.
Each component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances with premium surface finishing. Solid brass posts precisely fitted into the housing ensure wear-free operation, while permanently lubricated internal gears with Schaller special grease provide completely maintenance-free performance.
Featuring the innovative stepped flanged washer, this design automatically centers the string post via the threaded bushing, eliminating the need for stepped headstock drilling. This construction removes tilting torque and significantly reduces mechanical stress on both the string post and rear mounting screws.
