High-grade brass string posts are fitted into the housing to maximize tuning stability and eliminate wear. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely without requiring a stepped headstock bore, eliminating tilting torque and pressure on the post and rear mounting screws.
Featuring permanently lubricated internal gears with Schaller special grease, these sealed tuners are maintenance-free. The two-pin mounting design provides solid headstock alignment and easy installation.
