Schaller GrandTune Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller GrandTune is an open-gear guitar tuning machine engineered with vintage styling and modern precision. Built with a 1:18 gear ratio, it provides smooth, velvety performance and ultra-precise tuning stability. The non-coated contact surfaces ensure optimal stick-slip action and wear-free operation without synthetic polymer degradation.
Designed with standard dimensions to fit modern and vintage instruments, these tuners feature permanently sealed and locked screw joints for zero maintenance. Countersunk screw holes ensure secure mounting and direct acoustic resonance transfer to the headstock.
Each solid headstock single tuner comes complete with two countersunk mounting screws and an 8.8 mm hex press-in bushing. Available with standard and deluxe bearing string rollers, these machine heads eliminate internal friction and unwanted noise during tuning.
