Crafted with premium brass string posts fitted precisely into the housing, this machine head provides maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. The self-locking drive mechanism delivers consistent and sensitive adjustment under string tension. Its standardized installation dimensions match its predecessor, allowing direct drop-in replacement without modifying the headstock.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the threaded bushing without requiring a counterbore in the headstock. This functional design eliminates tilting torque and absorbs mechanical stress from both the post and the rear mounting screw. Mounting screws and threaded bushings are supplied for straightforward installation.
