Crafted with high-precision CNC machining and high-grade brass posts, this tuning machine provides smooth, stable, and wear-free operation. The closed housing is permanently lubricated with specialized Schaller grease to ensure completely maintenance-free performance over time.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39 in diameter base, the string post is centered securely via the banjo bolt. This eliminates the need for stepped headstock drilling, prevents tilt torque, and relieves mechanical stress on both the post and rear mounting screws.
