Featuring the innovative stepped flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter base, the M6 180 securely centers the string post through the hollow screw without requiring a counterbore in the headstock. This eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress on both the string post and rear mounting screw.
