Equipped with solid brass string posts that fit accurately into the housing, these tuners ensure optimal tuning stability and wear resistance. Each closed unit is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, providing completely maintenance-free operation across years of play.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post through the banjo bolt, eliminating tipping torque and relieving pressure from both the post and rear mounting screw. With identical mounting dimensions to its classic predecessor, it allows seamless installation without headstock modifications.
