Equipped with high-grade brass string posts engineered for maximum wear resistance, each tuner features an innovative stepped flanged washer. This specialized collar accurately centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt momentum and stress on mounting screws without requiring stepped peghead drilling.


Each closed mechanism is permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller special grease, ensuring maintenance-free performance. Designed with identical mounting dimensions to its predecessor, it allows seamless drop-in replacement across compatible instruments.
