Every sealed tuning machine is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation. High-precision brass string posts are fitted with extreme accuracy inside the housing to maximize tuning stability and ensure long-term, wear-free performance.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the threaded bushing, eliminating the need for a stepped hole in the headstock while reducing tilting torque and mechanical strain on mounting components.
