Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this machine head minimizes wear while maximizing tuning retention. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped peghead bore, eliminating tilting torque.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free operation, this closed-type tuning machine features a dual-pin mounting configuration with a 0.4 in (10 mm) pin spacing and an 0.3 in (8 mm) distance from the pins to the post center.
