Equipped with high-grade brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, this closed tuner ensures optimal tuning stability and wear-free performance. The specialized stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post reliably through the hollow screw, eliminating tilting torque and protecting the headstock without requiring stepped drilling.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, this tuner is completely maintenance-free. Designed with dual rear indexing pins spaced 0.39 in (10 mm) center-to-center and an 0.31 in (8 mm) pin-to-post distance, it offers seamless installation and rock-solid instrument alignment.
