The DiMarzio Relentless J Bass Pickup Pair delivers massive passive output, extreme dynamic range, and dead-quiet performance. Featuring Neodymium magnets and patent-pending parallelogram-shaped coils, these pickups produce 70 percent more output than traditional passive pickups while broadening the magnetic field to prevent volume drop during string bends.
Designed with curved metal covers and rounded edges, these pickups eliminate sharp borders and position the sensing coils closer to the strings for enhanced responsiveness. Extra shielding, foil-shielded cables, and a heavy-duty 0.09375-inch circuit board base plate eliminate protruding mounting screws to provide a smooth, comfortable finger rest.
Calibrated for seamless balance, the bridge pickup is voiced louder than the neck pickup for ideal volume matching when blended.
